Transfers are accepted for the wrong bank

This report was from Fernando Rodríguez Haro. If the client has a different bank public key but an account on the bank, the bank will allow the transfer to go through, even though the client will reject them. One solution to this is to encrypt bank transfers to prevent transfers at the wrong bank.
