Credits transferred from the command line to a web ui bank account don't show up in the web ui

Description

The account created in the web ui is recognized by the command line tools and I can transfer credits into the account. Unfortunately these credits don't show up in the webui,

The credits are converted into $ and displayed in web-ui, if credits transfred are very small as compared to $ value, so the change may not be seen in web-ui.
